His movie debut, albeit lending his voice, was in Disney's The Black Cauldron (1985), so his first live-action acting role was opposite Glenn Close in Jagged Edge (1985). He made a number of television appearances before gaining popularity playing David Hasselhoff's son on Baywatch (1989). However, his stint on Baywatch (1989) was short-lived as he stayed on the series for only a season. He then pursued another television program, the Brady Bunch-esque show Step by Step (1991), where he portrayed the cool JT Lambert with Patrick Duffy and Suzanne Somers as his parents.
Growing up, Brandon enjoyed such simple pleasures as playing basketball, boogie boarding, and listening to music. September 3, 1996, was probably a night Brandon will never forget because he was involved in a traffic dispute where he was shot in both arms. Luckily, Step by Step (1991) was a mid-season show, so he had time to recuperate before filming began. This wasn't the first time that Brandon got into trouble, though, as two weeks prior, his off-screen problems made the news. He seemed to have dropped off into relative obscurity, as his last televised role was a guest spot on the Hulk Hogan series Thunder in Paradise (1994). - Actress

Gina Hiraizumi recurs on Season 3 of the hit HBO Max series, Doom Patrol (2019). An adaptation of the DC Universe series, she brings to life "The Quiz," a passionate, fearless enigma that viewers are alternately introduced to as the Japanese speaking "Sachiko." Doom Patrol (2019) Writer/Producer, Shoshana Sachi quotes: "I remember seeing her audition and being so captivated. Every subtle shift in her emotion is played with such careful deliberation. She embodied 'The Quiz' so wonderfully and made my words so much more special and nuanced - speaking them like the contemplative artist, The Quiz is."
On the season premiere of Dynasty (2017) on The CW, Hiraizumi plays the wealthy and sophisticated, "Barbara." Inside the upscale atmosphere of the Carrington Manor, playing a Venture Capitalist businesswoman came a natural fit - her real life ancestry stems from all entrepreneurs and business professionals.
Other 2021 TV credits include the AMC/Shudder series, Creepshow (2019) by Showrunner Greg Nicotero of the hit AMC series, The Walking Dead (2010) followed by the NBC series, Mr. Mayor (2021) and Good Girls (2018). The eldest of 3 sisters, Hiraizumi grew up in Los Angeles, CA while spending summer education in Tokyo in her childhood. Bilingual with an unparalleled eloquence in English and Japanese, she attended regular American school plus 2 private Japanese schools 6x a week. From pre-school to 12th grade, being raised under an extreme, Japanese-style discipline and work ethic has paid off immeasurable dividends in her adult career. Also a classically trained Pianist, she trained for over 10 years at Yamaha Music. Hiraizumi's classical background eventually led her to The Juilliard School, where she honed her passion for vocal performance.
While living in New York City, she sang the the National Anthem at Madison Square Garden, and eventually led her to Los Angeles Clippers at The Staples Center and for Los Angeles Dodgers at The Dodger Stadium.
Coming from a multigenerational lineage of successful entrepreneurs, her father was CEO of a travel agency for over 40 years, allowing the family to live an international lifestyle. Her parents owned several companies, and growing up in mature business settings by default allowed her to gain a visceral knowledge of entrepreneurship from a young age.
Hiraizumi is a passionate advocate around the subject of Infertility and IVF, completely transparent and unashamed in sharing her story of multiple miscarriages, in trying to conceive naturally with her husband. Joining the many other celebrities that continue to be an advocate - she hopes her story will continue to remove the stigma, to support the millions of women in similar situations, that they are not alone. In 2011, Murphy later directed his indie-thriller Escapee (2011) starring Dominic Purcell (Prison Break).
